We Offer These Payment Choices: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Checks & Money Orders

We also accept Purchase Orders from government organizations (schools, military, etc.), and from other businesses with an existing purchase history with Green Ink and Toner.  Our terms are net 30 days.  Here's how to order using a purchase order:

1. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NON GOVERNMENT CUSTOMERS - If this is your first or second purchase from Green Ink and Toner we require prepayment with a credit card, Paypal or a business check in order to establish a purchase history which can be used for future Purchase Orders.

2. Enter your order using our shopping cart.

3. In the 'Special Instructions' enter your purchase order number.

4. Make sure that the telephone number you give us is the number where we can verify the PO.

5. Choose 'Purchase Order' as your payment option, and hit the check-out button.

6. The shipment MUST ship to the entity which is issuing the PO (no private residences)

7. Please fax the purchase order to us at 269-649-5516 and we'll ship the product.  Otherwise we'll call to verify the purchase order and ship the product.
